Well - it has been a while since we have posted a video.  This little ditty is a compilation of small clips from June through October 2010.  Nothing crazy -- it goes from learning how to walk to her 1st birthday to enjoying halloween.  All in 3 minutes or so!

Happy Halloween!

Claire enjoyed her first real Halloween costume the other day!  We didn't go trick or treating necessarily, but she enjoyed seeing all of the kids coming up to the door -- which was enough action for all of us.  Not much else we can say about it, so just check the pics.

15 month stats

Claire had her 15 month doctors appointment a couple weeks ago...

• Weight: 23 lbs. 3 oz. (60th percentile)
• Height 31.00 inches (75th percentile)

Nothing else to report really -- she is doing great!  

Cousies!!!

Back in early October Claire got to hang with her cousies from California! Here are some pics below, Milan was reading Claire a bedtime story, these girls were like two peas in a pod.  It is pretty darned cute now, but we can already see these two being troublemakers some day! :)

Pumpkin Patch

Early this fall, Claire got to see Grandpa Weiner's brand new, homegrown pumpkin patch!  She had a great time and even got to pick out her own pumpkin, as you can see below...

Claire in Chicago

Back at the tail end of the summer, Claire had her first trip to Chicago to cheer on the NY Mets.  She had 4 grandpas and grandmas there, 3 uncles and two aunts.  Plenty of family attention for sure.  Outside of getting a little sick while on the train to Wrigley (I think she was excited to see David Wright & the Mets play) everything went well.  Here are a few pics:

Happy 1st Birthday Claire!

1 Year Stats

Claire had her 1 year doctors appointment on her birthday on Wednesday (the 14th)...

• Weight: 22 lbs. 3 oz. (75th percentile)
• Height 30.00 inches (75th percentile)

Nothing else to report really -- she is doing fine.  Getting molars in, which we thought was weird but the doc said is normal.  Who knew?

We are having a little 1st birthday shin-dig at the house tomorrow (Saturday), which should be fun.  We will post pictures up here soon after, assuming the laziness doesn't set in...

Claire's Aunt KJ did take some pictures though when she came down to visit last weekend, you can click HERE to go see all of them, there are some good ones!

Claire's 1st Pool

Well... this blog post is a little late, since the video was taken in May, but...

The best $8 we ever spent was on a cheap blow-up pool.  We have only used it just the one time, but Claire loved it so much she did not want to get out and could have hung out there all day!

Claire enjoying the basement

Well... the basement is almost complete.  The important stuff is done (the new sectional and the new big screen TV).  All we have left is a little work in the bathroom and decorations.  Below is a pic snapped from one of our phones of Claire chilling, enjoying the new couch...

Spaghetti

Claire had her first run-in with a jar of spaghetti, and she loved it.  She loved it so much she decided to rub it in her hair and face as well as her mouth!

Get up, stand up

Here is another quick pic of Claire for everyone snapped from her mom's phone.  

When you stand her up on those tree trunk legs and let her look around -- she does not want to stop.  Her favorite spots are looking out the windows, or looking off the deck like she is here.  It seems like she may be an outdoorsy type girl...

Pouting

We wanted to put one more picture up... This one is just of Claire sitting in the grass.  It looks like she is wishing she could be somewhere else...  Won't be long till she's walking and then she can run around the yard instead of just sitting there pouting about it.
