New Things

We have just a couple things to share with you this time...

First of all, if you haven't seen her in a while -- she loves singing lately, especially her ABCs:

Pumpkin Patch

We took Claire on a little trip to a pumpkin patch/apple orchard the other day and she had a blast!  The weather was nice, she got to play in a corn pool, go for a hayride, pick out her own pumpkins, ride on a little tractor/train, see horses, pigs, sheep, goats and cows!  Below are some pics and a video of her in the corn pool...  Enjoy!

Claire's New School

Right after labor day Claire started her new daycare!  She is going to Creative Kids of Ankeny now.  She had a great time at her old daycare, we can't thank Robyn and her family enough.  It took Claire quite a while to adjust to the new place and there were quite a few mornings full of fights and tears (it is all good now but it was pretty tough for a while).  Here are some pics:

CTV8

Here it is!  CTV8 is a quick little compilation from June/July.  Nothing too special, Claire is really going to be miffed when the nice hot weather goes away - no more swimsuits, sprinklers, swimming pools, drinking out of the hose, etc. etc.

It is that time again.  Here are a few random pics we have taken throughout the summer.  We are so awesome at taking pics we took EXACTLY ONE picture during her 2nd birthday party (and we posted it here).  It has been a busy summer for sure.  Enjoy!

Claire had her 2 year old doctors appointment...

• Weight: 27 lbs. 7 oz. (60th percentile)
• Height 34.50 inches (75th percentile)

Spring Sprinkler!

Well, when it gets 85-90 degrees out at the beginning of May, you need to reward it with a run through the sprinkler.  This was Claire's first experience with it, and she absolutely loved it!  She would have done that for 8 hours straight that day if we would have let her.  Here are some pics...

California Cousies!

Back in the first week of April Claire got to go visit her cousins Milan and Vivy in California, and she had a blast.  Here are a few photos from our day at Disneyland (which she loved)!  Tons of fun, hope we get to do it again soon.

Not sure if you noticed, but...

...the last 'pictures' we put on here were from HALLOWEEN!  So, here are couple from the last, oh -- 5 months.  We will readily admit that we suck at taking pictures (we like to blame the camera), but here are a few, from oldest (November) to newest (February), enjoy!

Once again, I am taking the lazy way out and just sticking a compilation video up here.  These clips are all from Christmas 2010.  Even though you see Claire in line for Santa, you should know that she did not sit on his lap, she instead waited in line for well over a half hour only to scream at the site of the big guy.  Enjoy!
